Job Experiences:

1) Currently working as HVAC Engineer at the IPEBS constructions Pvt Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

Air Conditioning Cooling Load calculations, Heat Loss calculations following ASHRAE codes.

Duct system design, supervision, duct fabrication and installation of the ductwork following SMACNA 2, DW 144 codes.

Chilled water pipe design and pump head calculation, selection of chilled water pumps.

Site supervision of all Airconditioning works.

Calculation of static pressure of Blowers & Pumps and their selection.

Selection of Chillers, AHU’S, FCU’S, Exhaust Fan, Blower and other

Accessories.

Preparation of drawings for A/C equipments and accessories installation.

Ensure smooth commssioning of the erected hvac projects.

Ensure that all HVAC site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, and specification and work plan.

Ensure safe work environments, control the use of material and avoid damages and waste, request material, tools and equipment needed for the projects and issue the foreman daily instructions as per the work plan

2) Worked as a mechanical Design/Project Engineer in Jay co Hoist & Cranes MFG. Co. Mumbai, India. (March 2010).

Job Summary:

- CATIA.V5R20 and created 2D and 3D models, assembling drawings, Generative sheet metal design and repair.

- Maintain good working relationships with all groups of staff.

- Able to manage own workload and work independently using own initiative

Mechanical Engineering 3rd year project:

Worked in the Mahindra company workhouse for 3 months along with the 2 other students and generated detail research as well as analytical report on the Mahindra company brand Scorpio car’s suspension system in 2009.

Mechanical Engineering Final year Individual Research Project.

Generated concise written synopses on the Computer Aided Engineering design software Pro e and Ansys.

Successfully researched and modelled the diesel engine block using the Pro e software and analysed the forces acting on it using Ansys software. March 2010.

Research and the work submitted to the university.

Gain in-depth knowledge on the designing and analysis process of the solid modelling.

Engineering Individual Research Competition:

Researched on the alternative Refrigerating process and minimising the electrical consumption of the refrigerator.

Submitted the research and the presentation to the Mechanical department JNTU India. (Sep 2009).
