Construction Department Mgmt: Effective in directing and managing the corporate design and construction management process (for tenant build-outs, remodels, FF&E installations and free-standing units) for multiple retail and restaurant projects, on a national level. Mobilized job sites, secured permits and monitored site activity, enforcing quality assurance and specification compliance. Responsible for project budget and administration of construction documents. Motivate and supervise field personnel.
