Regional Project Manager, Lincoln Property Company (May 2006 to July 2010)
- Managed, coordinated and planned the renovation/demolition of housing at four Naval Bases in the National Capital Region. This encompassed major renovations of 426 homes of which 66 were historic single family executive homes, minor renovations of 570 homes and demolition of 686 homes. All scopes of work were completed on time after being brought onto the project 8 months into start of the contract period.
- Oversaw multi-project budget of $78 million. Accurately tracked, allocated, contracted, projected and forecast budget and funding over a 4-year period. Final overall savings after completion of contract scope was $2.8 million.
- Primary point of contact for Government, Property Management, Company Executives, Contractors and Consultants in all construction related matters.
- Supervised staff of five employees.
Quality Control Manager, Walsh Construction/Archer Western Contractors (Oct 2004 to April 2006)
- Setup, managed, conducted, and coordinated the Quality Control Program for new ATF Headquarters (400,000 square feet) in Washington, D.C.
- Setup, managed, conducted, and coordinated the Quality Control Program for a new military command headquarters office building (60,000 square feet) at NSA Norfolk, Virginia.
- Created safety plan for MILCON project combining the corporate and DOD safety programs.
Smith Management Construction (November 2000 to September 2004)
Quality Control Manager - Managed and coordinated the Defense Intelligence Agency Center renovation project. Set up and performed all QC Management functions.
Pre-Construction Project Manager – Conducted pre-construction pricing and design coordination for lease tenant construction from conceptual design and budget estimate to final design approval and pricing for contract and permit. Project size ranged from $10K to $1M.

- Managed the development and construction of shopping centers and facilities maintenance for a Regional Commercial Retail Developer.
Project Manger, Bovis - Lend Lease (1999 to 2000)
- On-site Project Manager for a 68,000 square-foot, $7.5 million renovation project of the U.S. Park Police Operations Facility.
- Initiated full Team Building and Construction Quality Management procedures for the project.
