Engineer- Guava Technologies Inc. /Millipore Corporation / EMD Millipore Nov 2007 – Present

Perform System installation, repair, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for Laser based, and micro capillary flow cytometers.

Resolve onsite any problems or technical questions relating to the cytometry equipment, optical alignment and automated motion systems.

Provided basic training to technician and research fellows, demonstrate instructions for trouble shooting, cleaning and operational procedures.

Train subordinates and Service engineers on Flow Cytometry Instrumentation, Technical support to Sales and Application Engineers.

Support company sales representatives during Trade shows, inspect and/or repair equipment onsite prepare the instrument for Sales/Application Demo.
