• Developed an alternative fabrication technology LIM (Liquid injection molding) for existing product line, optimizing production by 50%. re-engineer smooth bore silicone tubing.

• Developed a new process for molding and bonding a silicone ventilator diaphragm to metal, increasing the yield 52%. Patent pending.
