Working Experience in Project work:-

1. Presently working in PSL(punj sons Limited) group an I.S.O (9001, 140001, 180001 and OHSAS -18001:2007) certified company.

2. Working as a post of engineer in project department.

3. Working in project related work like irrection and commissioning of newly assembled machine and plant projects.

4. Look, Control and check the sequence of program (LAD and FBD) of step 7 Siemens and Wincc flexible in Siemens.

5. Designing, Maintain, electrical panels, electronics control (software control), Ac drives (ABB, L&T), Dc drives (KEC, IEEC) Servo drives (STOBER, PARKER) etc.

6. Looking maintenance and control of plants projects (PIPE COATING, PIPE MANUFACTURING) and new engineering equipments.

11. Control and maintain the heavy air compressor like Atlas Copco (350 to 600 cfm) Chicago pneumatic (600 to 1200 cfm) etc, 75hp up to 150hp.

12. Looking maintaining and controlling the Programmable logic controller via (Profibus, Ethernet, Can bus and LWL plastic).

13. Check the sequence of newly assembled panels according to E-PLAN, electronics instruments (CPU,DI,DO,AI,AO,ELECTRONIC CARD)

14. Pass the RIR (Raw material inspection report) of venders, manufacturer, and supplier.

15. Programming of Siemens PLC’s in STEP-7 via Simatic manager.

16. Check the sequence of program in servo drive for servo motor (STOBER, PARKER) Via Posi tool software.

17. Continuous working with foreign engineers, Indian engineers to providing those help and technical support. Related to machine.

18. Working experience in 66/11 KV power house, with 5 MVA transformer load.

19. Working in two step pipe mill(24” to 60” ǿ pipes), final welding machine, End beveling machine, Hydro tester, Orthogonal type final welding machine.

20. Work with PSL group on 8/12/2006 to till date

21. Presently I am in PSL FZE HAMIRIYAH FREE ZONE (U.A.E) for online pipe mill and hydro tester errection and commissioning work.

Working Experience in 66/11 kv substation:-

1- Working in 66/11 kv substation 5mva capacity.

2- Looking maintaining and control the transformers 66/11 kv and 11kv/440vac.

3- Maintenance of switchgear HT/LT both (MOCB’s,OCB’s) etc

4- Check the sequence and maintenance of EARTH FAULT, PHASE TO PHASE FAULT, high tension line breakers etc

5- Use of MIT-113, MIT-114 relays in HT Breakers.

6- Every year routine maintenance work of switch yard like oil filtration of transformers, MOCB’S and OCB’S tree cutting etc.

7- Make electricity bills of HT as well as LT of complete unit in plant area as well as residential area of company employee.

Working Experience in Plant & Production unit:-

1- Working as a electrical maintenance engineer in Plant (Two step pipe mill, pipe coating division , rebar coating and different units)

2- Maintenance work of welding system. Lincoln welding system, Al-matech welding system,i Sam welding system, MVS Welding system, Electricals motors, starters , etc

3- Handle the man power maintenance team.

4- Make out schedule of daily maintenance work.

5- Preventive maintenance of all electrical motors, panels, cards etc

6- Preventive maintenance work in induction heaters, Extruders, shot blasters, cooling towers etc.

SCOPE OF WORK:

Study of design, data and drawings of Panels. After studying of design, data and drawings carry out preparation of standard documents for material procurement and arrangement.

To handle manpower regarding production process and give output in limited time.

Daily work planning and work distribution.

For this project, I have been part of a team to establish a facility of manufacturing of Panels and on line – Process. Of the plant.

Inspection of incoming materials and ensure that materials are meeting our requirements.

To keep progress report of daily work output and evaluates productivity of work to take necessary action in order to enhance productivity.

Trouble shooting and problem solving through discussion with seniors and colleagues.

And regularly updating the records and reporting to seniors.
