Spaceport America, Project Manager/Project Scheduler–The project entailed Construction Management service (Owner Representation for NMSA) in the Design, Bidding and Construction of the world’s first commercial Spaceport America which includes the construction of Waste Water Utility, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Fuel Storage Facility, Site Water Utility, Booster Station, Water Storage Tank & Development of Water Wells, Facility/Site boundary Fencing, Electrical Distribution & Sub-station, Airfield (10,000 foot runway), THF Apron, Terminal Hanger Facility, ARFF Maintenances Facility, Cultural Resources Mitigation, and Development of the Vertical Launch Pad. Project value is $220 million.

Detroit Contracting, Inc

Cohn Simulation Lab - Phase II, Project Manager/Project Scheduler–The project included converting existing space within Cohn building into nursing student’s simulation labs, complete with conference room and simulation debriefing room. This work required to be completed while the lab was in use, therefore there had to be some creative solutions to accomplishing the work in clean tidy condition to meet all the cleaning standard of the lab. The specific of work included architectural, electrical and mechanical work to convert the space and accommodate space requirement, and including construction of a dedicated control room to monitor activities within the lab complete with nursing call system. Contract value $0.5 million.

DWSD Contract No DWS-844A (Construction Management and Construction Services for Security Systems Upgrades at Various Booster Pumping Stations), Project Engineer/Project Scheduler–The project entailed design, furnish, install and place in operation complete Security Systems, at DWSD twenty one (21) water pumping stations, nine (9) sewage pumping stations and twenty four (24) other facilities. Security systems ranged from completely integrated access control, primary and secondary perimeter intrusion detection, and video surveillance system at each pump/booster station & maintenance of system for 2 years. Contract value $21. 3 million

DWSD Contract No CM 2015 (Construction Management and Construction Services for Various Streets throughout the City of Detroit), Project Engineer/Project Scheduler–The program management of the construction management and construction services for the water system improvements for various streets throughout the city of Detroit for 60,160 lineal feet of new water main. Contract value $65.00 million.

DWSD Contract No DWS 817 (Rehabilitation of Joy Road Pumping Station), Project Scheduler/Project Scheduler–The project entailed replacement of pump & motor, Installation of new VFD & MCC, Construction of new building and exterior site work. Contract value $6.00 million.

DPSPMT Contract No 603B (Installation of Interior, Exterior Sign and IT upgrade at Renaissance High School/Jerry L. White), Estimator/Project Manager–The project entailed the installation of all the exterior direction sign, interior room number sign, big Marquee with exterior restoration and IT upgrade for both the Detroit Public School. Contract value $0.5 million.

DPSPMT Contract No 704B (Cass Tech High School Pool Locker Room Upgrade), Project Scheduler/Project Manager–The project entailed the renovation of pool locker room upgrade to meet the fire department standard, upgrade of the HVAC System and Plumbing Piping, upgrade of all the door hardware & installation of new flooring in music room at Cass Tech High School. Contract value $0.4 million

DPSPMT Contract No 703A (Kettering High School Pool Upgrade), Project Scheduler/Project Manager–The project entailed the renovation of swimming pool, changing the pool pump, filtering system and upgrading the pool area to Detroit pool safety standards. Contract value $0.35 million.

Skill Construction Company

Universal Shopping Mall, Site Engineer/Project Scheduler-Design/Build project of 8 stories shopping Mall having space for offices, parking structure and commercial shops. Project value $20.00 million.

Hyderabad Public School Renovation, Site Engineer/Project Scheduler-The project entailed the renovation of playground area for school, construction of basketball court, cricket playground & scores field, installation of new drainage system around playground area to meet the city standard. Contract value $11.20 million
