Dear Sir or Madam,

I believe I have a lot to offer your company with my extensive education and employment background. I am proficient in both Polish and English and currently employed as the Procurement Administration Specialist and Orders System Management Specialist and would be interested in working for your organization/company as an Interpreter, Translator or Project Manager or would be open to similar opportunities. I have a strong drive for results and I do not mind being evaluated on my performance on a daily basis. I am sure that I am the right person for this job because translating is my passion, and I think that I can be a successful an Interpreter, Translator or Project Manager. While working towards my Master’s Degree, I was employed as an interpreter in Northern Ireland for companies such as Hillcrest Glass and Foyle Meats. In Hillcrest Glass, I was involved in filling out application forms for NI offices and bank and health registration forms. In Foyle Meats, I carried out various tasks, which included staff induction training, health and safety induction, and hygiene induction. I also assisted the department managers with staff appraisals for all Polish staff in this company. Presently, I am employed with KTI POLAND Engineering & Contracting Company as the Procurement Administration Specialist and Orders System Management Specialist. My duties involve financial analysis of received offers, processing purchasing requisitions, establishing and translating contracts, and implementation of the new business management system, including: JD Edwards, examination of goods and work within reasonable budgets to make competitive bids, responsible for developing vendor level supplier strategies and their execution. I am also responsible for establishing the transfer pricing policy for the company.

In 2004, I graduated with Bachelors in English Pedagogy and Linguistics. I graduated from the interpreting program entitled ‘Community Interpreting’, provided by the Eastern Health and Social Services Board. In 2008, I completed my Masters in English Linguistics in Translation from the Academy of Humanities and Economics in Lodz. In 2010, I completed post graduate studies in: Project Management in Politechnika Warszawska.
