Marketing, Medical and Sales Effectiveness Director

I am currently responsible for setting and implementing the Marketing and medical strategies for the diabetes unit in Novo Nordisk Pars with a team of a marketing manager and medical manager reporting directly to me. I am also responsible for initiating projects in order to assess the organisational competitiveness in relation to sales effectiveness guidelines with a sales effectiveness coordinator reporting also directly to me.

Drugstore Pharmacy, BC/Canada March09 – June09 Internship Program

Responsibilities include

• Assisting the pharmacist in taking verbal prescriptions and writing exact prescriptions; counsel patients on prescription and over the counter medications.

• Help in the counselling of customers in person and over the phone regarding proper drug usage and recommend OTC products

• Maintain computerized patient profiles, outpatient pharmacy services, drug interaction screening and monitoring with the pharmacist
