Oversee service providers to ensure top quality work is performed in a timely manner.
Work closely with leasing, construction and management teams to meet company goals and objectives.Perform special projects as assigned. Evaluate job performance of subordinates and identify promotional opportunities. Strategically prepare staff for possible turnover and review the staffing structure of the portfolio. Mentor team members and maintain order and discipline among personnel.
