• Representative’s owner within the project from inception to completion; led planning, control and management processes of each construction’s stage. Provide project status and financial reports according with the owner`s guidelines

• Performance the final revision of blue prints and specifications, analyzing the results of the main bid, commitments of time and costs, and reviewing the subcontractor’s bid

• Lead weekly meeting with main contractor, subcontractors, and internal staff meeting identifying and analyzing problems and developing alternatives to solving problems. E-mailing minutes about agreements, tasks, and general information.
