Community Liaison
Responsibilities include: Street outreach, community level outreach, youth peer outreach and partnering with local, private and public Social Service agencies. Interact with residents and disseminate information to collaborative agencies and target population. Assist target population in follow-through referrals for service and maintain proper records for all citizens’ interactions. Assist in monitoring and analyzing Community Outreach progress and prepare reports. Assist in organizing, coordinating and monitoring community resident’s involvement in various programs and other community self-help activities. Assist with program and workshop development and participate in assigned training and workshops. Assist in neighborhood associations and other community groups planning.
