HSBC - One of the leading financial institutions in the world offers several services. Remote Banking is a wide-ranging integrated application software solution developed to extend banking right into the customer’s desk. The system consists of two modules – Secured model, where the user needs to login in order to use the services. This model consists of Account Statement, fund transfers, bill pay and balance statements. The second is the unsecured model, where there is no login. This model consists of information on Bank’s products and services like Investment scheme, loan schemes, loan applications and credit cards. The user had the privilege to submit online applications.

Responsibilities:

• Created and executed Test Cases, analyzed results and reported discrepancies.

• Conducted compatibility tests with multiple operating systems, software programs, and network environments.

• Identified, analyzed, and documented software defects in program functions, outputs, online screens and content. Executed test cases, analyzed results and documented defects through Quality Center providing meticulous details including screen shots and steps to reproduce.
