TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATIVE CONTRACTOR - ACLU-Washington Legislative Office, Washington, DC (April 2010-December 2010): As an independent contractor, worked as the administrative assistant and front office receptionist to the WLO’s Administration Department. Duties included, but were not limited to:
Answering and monitoring calls from ACLU Affiliates, coalition partners, concerned citizens, the media and the legislative branches of the federal government;
initial interaction with employees and visitors;
scheduling and setting up conference rooms and preparing meeting materials for the Director, ACLU lobbyists, staff and advocacy specialists;
research causes and factors in response to general inquiries (written or verbal) about ACLU activities and membership and its Affiliates;

Bethesda, MD (May 2002-March 2010): Provided legal secretarial and administrative support to Public Finance attorneys, paralegals and other administrative assistants who represented state and local governments and authorities, nonprofit organizations, investment banks, and banking institutions in various types of bond transactions at the Washington, DC and Bethesda, MD offices. In addition supported the Managing Partner of the Bethesda location and assisted their office manager. My responsibilities included the following duties:
