August, 2009 - present Contract Work as Consultant/Lead Inspector/ QA/QC
• Supervise, coordinate, monitor, assist and direct the onsite inspection.
Address issues and questions as they occur Document and report findings while assuring specification compliance.
On a daily basis keep all key personnel updated as to the ongoing status of the project/s.
Witness cathodic Disbondment , moisture permeation ,cross section porosity, backside contamination, DSC, flexibility and adhesion testing.
Maintain and follow safety requirements while inspecting the Lining or coating process throughout the day.
Scheduling and prioritizing work, Assigning responsibilities, implementing requirements, and maintaining compliance with laws, standards, regulations, and company/customer requirements.
Coordinate and implement quality control process to insure compliance with various specifications e.g. NORSOK, NACE, SSPC, ASTM, ISO, etc.

• Inspect Insulation for the CUI program cold and hot insulation.

• Hold pre job meetings, record and assign tasks; Administer surface preparations & coating applications in Accordance with instructions given by the job scope.
• Erect rigging to perform surface preparations at Heliports, waterline and over all structure using spiders, cables or boards to execute surface preparation on the steel substrate using hand tools, power tools, abrasive blasting or (UHP- ultra high pressure water jetting) on production rig, drilling rig, barges and FPSO.
• Supervise abrasive blasting and Ultra high pressure water jetting along with coating applications and maintain proper documentation.

• Apply protective coatings with brushes, rollers, trowels, nozzles, conventional, airless, plural component & HVLP equipment with the aid of man lifts, scaffolds, stages, spiders, cables, boards, and many other types of equipment.
