JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Nature of works:

• Office Management –

Office management activities pertaining to day to day administration and facility management.

Filing, typing, scanning, printing & maintaining files, records & documents.

All office related field work in Delhi & NCR

Attending telephone calls, taking appointments for senior officials and all other day-to-day office works.

Online Railway & air ticket bookings.

Preparing the cheques, Drop & collects the cheques, cash draw, statements, credit card payments,

All binding (Spril), lamination & printing of quotation/offers & manuals etc.

All telephone bills payments including mobile bills, data card & Electricity bill payment

Routine complain/attending to problems of cleanliness and maintenance of equipments.

Courier dispatch & receipt

• Facility Maintenance – Annual maintenance contracts for office equipments, DG sets maintenance, civil maintenance & other maintenance work such as electrical repair ect.
