My distinction is as varied as a careered licensed Plumber of 18 years in residential and industrial plumbing and yet my abilities to achieve techniques, not only enhance my own abilities initially as a troubleshooter but advancing and elevating my knowledge in advanced academics at these various creditable institutions, such as, Mott Community College. Leaving after one year and 24 credits, I attend the University of Michigan, and completed advanced Environmental Science programs, such as, Environmental Planning of Urban Land Uses; Geomorphologies and Soils; Analytic Methods of Resource Planning; Renewable and Sustainable Geographic and Geologic Principles. After successful completion of 25 science credits, I advanced on to MIAT and successfully graduated as a Turbine Power Generation Technician with a GPA averaging each certification between 96 to 98 percentile of the core curriculum, including Lifting and Rigging; Precision Measuring; Materials, Processes; and Welding; Power Plant Operations; Electronic Boiler Operations; Electrical Systems Protections and Distributions; Water Treatment Fundamentals; Turbine Engines; Power Plant Troubleshooting and Monitoring; Turbine Operations, Design and Instrumentation; Wind Turbine Operations, Inspection and Design; and Climb and Rescue.
I realized my unique could be applied successfully at MIAT (Michigan Institution of Aviation Technology) in which I graduated with a 96 GPA at graduation in Turbine Power Generation Technician and at the top of my class. I plan to return to Mott Community College to receive my last 6 credits for an Associate’s Degree. My labored skills, expertise and knowledge have raised me above the ranks and having a degree is only a formality to my objectives. The University of Michigan taught me Environment law and toxic tort; Spatial Analysis of the Environment; Analytic Methods of Resource Planning; Geomorphology process – soil and vegetation; Urban and Regional Land Uses; Resources Planning of Land Management; Geology of Michigan; Waste Water Management and Energy Systems and Sustainable Climates. Whereas, Mott Community College excelerated my troubleshooting knowledge in the field of hydrology, climate pressure, and appropriate methods of obtaining a sustainable environment.
I look forward to advance my expertize, education and knowledge to successfully fulfill the requirement needed to obtain further advancement of sustainable energy using the skills afforded to me by the University of Michigan plus the technical advancement of Power Generation, Wind Turbine Technology and the ability to apply the residential and commercial industry for the preparation of future sustainable energy usages onto the environment and the consumers ability to obtain the knowledge to rely on a future that will overcome its dependence on petroleum.
