Senior Purchasing Specialist

Managed all aspects of the University’s 750+ corporate purchasing card program with an annual spend of approximately $11m. This included processing card applications, maintenance of card accounts and extensive recordkeeping, auditing and policy enforcement, as well as all user training for the program.

Assisted Director with workload management, timekeeping and administrative tasks. Co-managed the University’s express mail services contract (UPS).
