Responsibilities: To operator and distribute power, service and maintain.

All rotating Equipments in Nigerian Agip Oil Company

Limited Power Station. Performed daily inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs to all mechanical equipment and tools.

Carrying out periodic maintenance according to the company’s Preventative Maintenance System.

Maintain, service, reports and advised supervisors on condition of equipments and spare parts requirements.

Position: Mechanical Maintenance Technician/Mechanic.

Responsibilities: To operate and distribute power, service and repair, overhaul and maintain Gas and Diesel, G399 Engines up to 2000KVA Rating in the Power Station, Gas plant, Flow Station, Rigs and Platform.

Installations of plant and power generation equipments, Lubricate Machinery, troubleshoot, Inspect, Adjust or replace defective part. Read blueprints diagram and schematic drawings. Assist in rigging up, rigging down and transporting of drilling rig and equipment.

Maintain and lubricate machinery to keep it running efficiently

Take care of all the motors and mechanical equipment on the rig including hours since last service, oil & filter change, etc.

Troubleshoot mechanical problems and make minor repairs to prevent and/or correct these problems

Checking the oil, oil pressure, temperature, fuel pressure and radiator water level and record information in the daily engine report during tour.

Operating the accumulator during well shut in procedures

Assisting Driller & Derrickhand when needed.

Racking and tailing pipe when tripping.Maintain drilling equipment on the drill floor,Safely lifting personal using air joist when needed.

Responsibilities: Assisting the Engineer in fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, service and repair on rotating equipments, installation of pumps, Gas Turbine Generators maintain and repair all Mechanical aspects of the Rig. Prime movers Engines, Rotary Equipment, Mud pump, Fire pump, performing Top and major overhauling.
