Platform/Tool: Pro/ENGINEER and Pro/MECHANICA
Responsibility:
• Designed and Analyzed roots type supercharger by using Pro/ENGINEER and Pro/MECHANICA.
• Part modeling of roots type supercharger rotor, case and Teflon seal by using Pro/ENGINEER.
• Performed structural analysis by applying loads and fixture to a model by using Pro/MECHANICA.
• Executed thermal analysis by applying pressure load and boundary condition to a model.

• Designed an automated assembly machine to assemble the wire into block hole at high volume production rate include wire loading, wire straightening and wire inserting mechanism by using Pro/ENGINEER part modeling and Pro/Assembly.

• Designed and developed a straighter to straighten the wire.
• Designed rotary actuators and grippers, guiders, metal rail conveyor, movable and fixed L-shape plates by using Pro/ENGINEER part modeling and Assembly mechanism.
