I was responsible for quality control issues and also seeing that all production was completed and delivered on time. This included working in the bindery department or any department when necessary to meet production deadlines, responsible for ordering production supplies, shipping and receiving documents and scheduling, plate approval before plates went to press as well as approval of press sheets, saw to it that the maintenance on all machinery was maintained properly and approved all repairs that were needed. I was responsible for seeing that all facility grounds inside and outside where maintained and kept clean.

I also worked in production room and press room when needed.

Have Fork Lift experience, warehouse stocking and packaging experience as well.

Truck Driver / Customer Service Representative

My responsibilities with this company started as a truck driver with a CDL class A license, hazmat and tanker endorsements. I operated front end loader, fork- lifts, snow plow equipment, and roll-off trucks.

After 22 years of driving I was promoted to a position as a Customer Service Representative this included sales as well. I was responsible for a substantial increase in the customer data base in a short period of time. My responsibilities also included creating and scheduling routes for hazardous waste drum pick-ups and scheduling of full semi-trailer loads to be delivered to various T.S.D.F. Facilities. I was also responsible for sales and daily scheduling of the Universal Waste routes for this company. My responsibilities also included dealing with the personal issues with employees and solving problems with them.

The Customer Service work I performed included the following:

Daily stayed in touch with current customers & sought out new avenues for business, I provided help with customers dealing with regulations, forms, and other documentation that required completion from the EPA, DOT, and Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, completed hazardous waste profiles and other documentation that is required for the transportation and disposal of universal and hazardous waste.
