Manager/ Trainer with over 30 Years of experience in the Safety and Health field, Which consists of duties consisted of ensuring that various work operations are within OSHA regulations and guidelines. This included activities, which range from safety inspections, which ensured compliance with both state and federal regulations, to conducting air-monitoring sampling to ensure compliance with health regulations. (Sept. 2011 to present) – Level 5 Site Safety Health Officer for (Roy Anderson Corp) United States Army Core Engineer, Navy (NAVFAC) Approved. I have prepared, submitted, reviewed and coordinated all site safety and health AHA documentation prior to and during all construction site operations at Shaw AFB, Sumter, South Carolina for USACE/NAVFAC. Directly responsible for supervising ground and air safety procedures and providing technical in implementing OSHA standards within the installation safety program. Conducted OSHA inspections and provided assistance in developing safety programs to more than 15 units both American and South Korean.

(1985 to 1986) - Aviation Safety Officer of an combat aviation company in support of the 82d Airborne Division, consisting of 30 helicopters and 200 officers and enlisted personnel and equipment valued at 50 million dollars. Formulated and implemented flight and ground safety procedures to ensure that OSHA regulations were complied with to prevent unsafe practices. Detected and corrected safety hazards. Performed duties as the Task Force Safety Officer for Operation Urgent Fury in Grenada.

(1979 to 1985) - Performed duties as both the Safety Officer for the MULTINATIONAL FORCES and OBSEVERS (MFO) in the SINIA and with the 82d Airborne Division. Responsible to the American Force Commander on all safety matters involving both ground and -air operation. Directly responsible for developing, writing and administering the highly visible MFO safety program that is still being used to this day. The MFO was accident free during my tenure as their safety officer.

(1972 to 1979) - Performed duties as a military police officer, traffic accident investigator military police patrol supervisor and police desk sergeant in a combat operation area. Served as a Helicopter Pilot / Aviation Safety Officer of an combat aviation company in support of combat operations in the far east. Also served as a liaison Officer responsible for the mediation between American personnel and the German police. Responsible for implementing both civil and military laws and regulations.
