There were up to 10 jobs at any time that I was in charge

Visit all projects daily, make schedule changes, order and checking on ordered material delivery dates, schedule all inspections and contractor payments.

Basile Corp. Douglasville, PA 1/1997-2/2000

Managed 300 room assisted living project near Harrisburg, PA. This project used 81 drilled wells to help heat and cool the whole building. Managed office building in Reading, PA which was connected to hospital for offices and parking garage. Worked on underground building brought by the Basile Corp. This building was 250,000 sq. ft. and used by AT&T for communication to Russia and China. We set up assisted living above this and connected this to Pottstown Hospital by enclosed walk way and underground set up for computer inforrmation storage . Built large addition on to owners home.

Maryland Division IV Pasadena, MD 2/1994-1/1997

Project Manager that built garden apartments (units 175, 225 & 300). 10 story building and warehouses. I was responsible for bidding, negotiations with contractors and daily monitoring of job progress.
