As a member of the management team for the Repair & Overhaul Division, I lead and managed a manufacturing, production, quality processes and shipping/receiving teams consisting of 50 to 95 salary/exempt and hourly/non-exempt employees. Under my leadership, our cells reduced past due customer units from $4.5 to under $1 million. We also reduced TAT (turned-around time) from 45 to 21 days and successfully completed Phase IV of the HOS (Honeywell Operation System). Additional responsibilities included, but were not limited to:
