Vice President Managed/Outsourcing Services (2005 to 2007)
Managed an IT data center operations and support teams for Midsizes Financial Institutions in domestic (USA) and Internationally. This included management of the site selection process, equipment selection, vendor and contractor management, and site build out. Develop detailed future potential market, including pricing requirements, and strategy to establish Outsourcing Services. Responsibilities include:
- Manage both on-site and off-site development teams, network administrators and help desk teams
