PROFILE
I am a determined, flexible and an energetic individual with an empathetic attitude. I enjoy my work and take great pride in it. I possess good communication skill which have permeated through all levels in forming quick relationship and manage all difficult situations easily.
I have experience with a strong interest in the practical side of spa treatments in both International and Ayurvedic and training of the staff. I am from a holistic background and bring this into my work at every given chance. My heart and passion are in the spa world and wish to commit to it until I retire, my ultimate goals are to manage a spa bringing together my deep understanding of treatments, my overseas experience, understanding of foreign work force and my business skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• To assist the spa manager to supervise the day-to-day operation and to maintain the quality standards in spa department
• Ensuring a professional and personalized reception and service, as well as varied in service
• Proficiency and high level of skills is maximum number of spa treatment including Western treatments, Ayurvedic, Branded and Beauty treatments
• To train the colleagues in different spa treatment so as to bring the uniformity and best standard in delivering the treatment
