Transfer orders to specification sheets and bill of materials as primary source for production guidelines. Provide technical information, assist in quality control, and develop job structure from quotation to finished product. Negotiate with suppliers and apply lean manufacturing to manage company expenses. Purchase products, monitor material consumption, and generate monthly reports. Supervise prepress department, directly oversee all purchasing activities, and multi-task different management positions. Originate material usage documents, vendor tracking flow charts, monitor daily expenditures, and spoilage reports. Track work flow throughout entire plant. Participate in meetings to discuss efficient ways to improve customer satisfaction, which involve different levels of the management team. The former owner purchased all assets of Quick Label Systems to restart business as Label Line Limited.
