Payne County Drug Court, Inc. – Stillwater, Oklahoma
Executive Director/Drug Court Coordiantor (2008-December 2010)
Payne County Drug Court, Inc. is the only incorporated Drug Court Program in the State of Oklahoma that provides court supervision and a state and nationally certified substance abuse treatment center under one roof. PCDC, the first recognized drug court in the state, upholds a standard of excellence in performance improvement, risk management and business growth and development. During my first year with the agency, the agency endured fifteen separate audits for compliance and after one year with PCDC we expanded into Garfield County for substance abuse treatment and developed our Logan County office to offer substance abuse treatment. As the Executive Director I maintained a high level of knowledge in the legal field regarding contracts, state statute, court procedures and legal documentation.

ROCMND Area Prevention Resource Center – Vinita, Oklahoma
Prevention Specialist (2006 – 2008)
ROCMND Area Prevention Resource Center was a part of ROCMND Youth Services whose mission statement is dedicated to the mental health and substance abuse treatment of youth. As a prevention specialist with ROCMND I facilitated community coalitions in three counties; assisted in the facilitation of federal community grant monies and helped communities create and implement action plans to reduce identified youth risk behaviors. As a legislative Advocate I was able to work with multiple state and community organizations to pass and organize state laws and local ordinances for the prevention of youth substance abuse. As a prevention specialist I was able to work with the State Highway Safety Office to help facilitate youth camps dedicated to community action planning and train police officers on alcohol law compliance.

Contract Case Manager (2005 – 2006)
As a contract Case Manager I was able to travel to families home to provide true case management for family development. After receiving referrals for the courts and department of Human Services I would provide family training for Basic health Care, Home Safety, Budgeting, Problem Solving and Positive Family interaction training. The accountability to the courts and DHS as well as ROCMND provided a great opportunity for meeting all of a families needs for services and referrals.

Self Employed Private Contractor – Rogers and Craig Counties, Oklahoma
Private Contractor (2001 – 2008)
Instructed first time offenders in a twelve week cognitive behavior based program for the district court that addressed alcohol and drug abuse. In addition to providing risk needs assessments and reports for treatment and supervision sentencing recommendations for the District Courts.
