Managed multiple releases of the Intelligent Operations Management Suite for Fabless semiconductor and High Tech companies, which contributed a significant portion of the company’s revenue. Led a geographically distributed engineering team of 4 in the release of multiple versions of Sales Order, Purchase Order, Demand Planning and LION (Lean Inventory Optimization Network) modules of the IOM suite. Successfully delivered multiple versions on time, in face of aggressive release schedules.

Primary responsibilities include working with product management to come up with comprehensive PRDs, product roadmap and release schedule, leading engineering team in the design and development of product features, co-ordination between development, QA and build teams for the product release cycles.

As a hands-on development manager, contributed significantly to the development of both front-end and back-end tiers. Developed front-end using HTML, JSP, Javascript, AJAX and Adobe Flex, built on Struts framework. Developed back-end using Java Servlets and integrated with Oracle 9i database using JDBC and Hibernate.
