Aided these Administrators in assuring compliance with local, state, and federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage regulations. I was responsible for regulations in twenty nine states.

Payroll Interface Manager

Responsible for initiating Direct Payroll Interface, mapping payroll process flow, enabling documentation of correspondence, conducting system beta testing, support, and training for all interface users. In this role, I marketed, sold and managed interface projects for more than 200 organizations.

For 200 plus construction companies nationally provided the ability to eliminate repetitive data entry and create cost efficiency by uploading existing payroll in various formats (pdf, text, .csv) directly into the electronic payroll system.

Training Coordinator

Responsible for developing and implementing various webinar training courses on certified payroll.

Traveled to client locations and conducted onsite training for government agencies and Payroll Administrators. Project Owner Wage Data Management – Trained Administrators on how to manage to wages listed online by the Department of Labor due to a particular change in rate for any given Craft or Classification. This training is intended for strictly Davis Bacon reporting.

Account Executive

Duties included both making and receiving cold calls to potential clients, answering inquiries as to the purchase of products, completion and submitting of RFP’s, sales, continuous follow up on purchases, additional follow up of training and product sales, conducted onsite demos for potential buyers, attended and exhibited products at trade shows nationwide.
