Managed a team of 3 direct and 50 indirect employees, supervised the operations for a $79M auto parts distribution center. Additionally, managed cost-cutting programs to improve efficiencies and profitability.

• Implemented and trained receiving associates on all aspects ASN Receiving. This new procedure improved receiving productivity by over 15%.

• Captured $100k in warehouse operational savings through the implementation of KPIs.
