Program Manager January 2010 to Present

Managed, Assessed and Implemented cost-cutting programs for distribution centers throughout United States and Canada through relocation, SOP development, implementation of warehouse management software, Development and onboarding of new suppliers, and Lean Six Sigma Projects.

• Managed all aspects of a complete relocation of corporate distribution center from Illinois to Texas including the formal corporate training of new staff on SOPs and Systems

Managed a team of 3 direct and 50 indirect employees, supervised the operations for a $79M auto parts distribution center. Additionally, managed cost-cutting programs to improve efficiencies and profitability.

• Implemented and trained receiving associates on all aspects ASN Receiving. This new procedure improved receiving productivity by over 15%.

• Captured $100k in warehouse operational savings through the implementation of KPIs.

• Increased picking quality to over 99% accuracy. This was done through auditing and educating associates on how to use the scanning system and the importance of inventory control.

• Implemented SOPs that improved the accuracy and delivery time of over 2,000 will-calls a day. We went from 18 minutes to under a 10 minute turnaround time from order entry to shipment.
