Professional Experience
3D Artist & TD, CodeBaby, Colorado Springs, CO (May 2009 – July 2011)
• Developed the art and animation pipelines, utilizing industry standard 3D solutions such as Autodesk’s package as well as in-house tools to be used with CodeBaby’s proprietary gaming engine.
• Improved the overall quality in all aspects of production from props and characters creations to animations and eventually to the final product.
• Implemented art tools and ideas for workflow efficiency, which Increased productivity and sped up production by 400%.
• R&D and Implementing art tools and new techniques as well as debugging pipeline issues as needed.
• Developed and customized all rigging assets for production using tools such as Maya and MotionBuilder, making them user friendly and easily used by the artists.

• Tech support and maintenance for 3D Animation Computer Laboratories including 120 machines, a Render Farm and a MotionCapture studio.
