Sample of projects include the engineering, design and construction of an ASTM certified quality control lab. This included the design and installation of an HVAC system with humidification and dehumidification capabilities. Reengineering of cooling water lines for better heat transfer and cooling at the heat treat section of 8-meter tenter line. Purchased and installed extruder for tenter line, installed improved oiling system for tenter line. Provided engineered solution to excessive vibrations and harmonics on winder section of tenter line.

Project Manager/Engineer numerous Process and Utility projects from $10M to $12MM at Lever Brothers Company, Hammond Plant. Responsible for project start up, process chillers and various HVAC projects and upgrades. Taught classes on the theory and practice of heat transfer in heat exchangers. Sample of projects:
City water and treated water system upgrades. The scope of work included the design, fabrication and installation of ASME certified head tanks for city water storage serving the plant’s potable water system and treated water to meet the plant’s process water requirements in an existing clock tower. RPZ backflow preventers were also installed to protect the city’s water system.
AA Wisk, NS Surf, and ALL Free and Clear product lines. Engineered, designed, installed, start-up.
Railcar unloading facility. Complete process design, control system design, piping design, project management, equipment specification and inspection, and installation supervision for entire job. System is used to unload railcar shipments of raw materials used in the production of soap.
Caustic unloading and storage facilities. Installation of mag-drive pumps and spill containment area for raw material truck unloading. Unloading equipment and tank upgrades to meet current EPA requirements.
Glycerin truck loading and unloading facilities. Design and installation of spill containment, structural supports, piping systems and unloading equipment.
Phenolics treatment system installation. Project included complete characterization, survey and material balance around a 1.0-MGD industrial wastewater effluent stream to pinpoint, segregate and install treatment systems for sources of high phenolics in the total plant effluent. Installation of treatment system included pilot testing, scale-up, piping design, control system design, equipment specification, installation supervision and verification of entire job.
