Administrative Assistant/Assistant Planner/Assistant Project Manager – T-Mobile U.S.A Network Build-Out (SW Region-Southern California)

• Acting as consultant and administrative support to Program Director and Area Managers.

• Consulting & Deployment Service Company: the primary job responsibility is working with the jurisdictions in permitting T-Mobile cellular sites throughout the Southern California. The process includes completing the applications, and work closely with the Cities’ planning staffs from the land use prospective involving zoning regulations and their ordinances that have to do with structural and architectural design of the projects. The process is to make sure the projects fall under the guidelines and the land use policy of each city.

• The projects sometimes undergo a series of Design Reviews before being recommended for approvals.

• Attending City’s hearings and conduct the presentations of the projects before the Planning Commission and City Councils as well as the neighbors in which the projects are proposed near their residencies.

• Coordinate projects between Project Managers, Contractors and Clients and ensure each project meets milestone and deadlines accordingly.

• Other general administrative duties also assigned.

Duties are as follow:

• Responsible to provide administrative and technical support to the Development Project Managers for telecommunication tower build projects. Tasks include coordination of project documents, status input and data reports, 3rd party vendor administration, project tracking, purchase orders and job costing.

• Assisting Project Manager in developing plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned major portion of a program. 122 Sites awarded across Southwest region, including LA, Inland-Empire, and Simi-Valley.

• Interfaces with 3rd party vendors and T-Mobile on daily basis. Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.

• Work also includes strategic managerial consulting, streamlining, managing, and maintaining communication and other related systems for T-Mobile.

• Vital part of the position: Billing- Provides documentation and works closely with Project Manager to produce monthly milestone and T&E billing.
