Produced detainee threat assessments for the Deputy Commanding General, United States Forces-Iraq, in direct support of the Office of the Secretary of Defense and produced an assessment product on over 16,000 detainees in United States custody in Iraq. Responsible for vetting detainees scheduled for release from Coalition Forces custody to prevent the release of dangerous radical extremists and ultimately recidivism to the insurgency in Iraq. Ensured quality control review of detainee information packets to verify the use of standard operating procedures prior to submission to the Government of Iraq as part of the United Nations Security Council Agreement. Provided daily products in support of the Director for Intelligence regarding Human Intelligence, including identifying and defining Human Intelligence Collection Requirements, Source Directed Requirements, producing analytical products, targeting support and information intelligence report evaluations. Navy Information Operations Command (NIOC), San Antonio, Texas

Assisted in the apprehension of 20 narcotic transshipment targets and seizure of over 400 million dollars worth of narcotics in the Southern Command Area of Responsibility. Performed in-depth analysis and timely reporting of signals intelligence, providing tactical indications and warning support to the United States and Allied national consumers, including naval assets operating in the Southern Command Area of Responsibility. Produced over 350 sensitive multi-intelligence reports. Collaborated with extensive enterprises to coordinate appropriate operational responses to customer mission requirements which led to the timely resolution of over 200 requests for information, directly impacting the success of the Texas Maritime Analysis Support Team. Supervised ten joint service personnel and trained multiple Navy reservists in gaining proficiency in the Southern Command Signals Analysis Laboratory mission and operations, which greatly improved command readiness.

Subject matter expert on Iran, Pakistan, and India naval, air and ground orders of battle, allowing Fifth Fleet Commander time-sensitive decision making and tasking of US Navy assets. Provided historical and trend analysis studies on key Iranian infrastructure that facilitated Department of Defense leadership contingency planning in the event of a future war with Iran. Single-handedly correlated unidentified electronic emissions signals of over 70 previously unknown surface and subsurface radars of major regional threat platforms of threat countries. Provided over 1,000 new entries into the Central Command’s hull-to-emitter correlation database.

Electronic Support Measures Operator September 2000 – September 2003 Naval Group Activity Security (NSGA) Naval Station Pearl Harbor, Hawaii

Provided accurate, time-critical reporting and threat assessments of the Electronic Warfare environment to the Commanding Officer, which were critical to the safety of the crew during deployments aboard four US Pacific Fleet subsurface combatants. Developed, implemented, monitored and maintained a 24-week Submarine Direct Support Analyst training curriculum, focusing on radar/range-finding systems theory, collection equipment operation, geographic order of battle research, manual signal analysis techniques and foreign military electronic signals recognition. Provided over 500 hours of in-depth technical and tactical Electronic Support Measures training to sailors qualifying for afloat duty.
