• Project Manager for a business management consulting firm specializing in continuous improvement and implementation. As a manufacturing and operations consulting professional, extensive background in performance/cost management, data analysis, inventory forecasting and planning, production variance identification and root-cause analysis.

• Multiple demonstrations of developing and managing teams in the Nuclear Power Industry that focused on work week management and specific INPO (Institute of Nuclear Power Operations) and AFI’s (Areas for Improvement). A process and behavioral change had to take place with productivity increased by over 50%, and backlogs of work decreased by over 60% and overall plant safety and health went from yellow to green.
