• Collected and Organized tools for every station on the C-15 Engine Assembly line using PLEX ERP Software.

• Analyzed torque angles for every tool, based on the data collected through Quality Worx and Tools Net, as a quality improvement initiative.

• Assisted in determining torque angle limits for each program (PSET) in the tool.

• Generated Engineering Change Records (ECR) and communicated changes to Process Engineers.
