Term Projects:

•Report on polyester

( I produced polyester from PTA methods and made polyester fiber and studied the mechanical properties of polyester )

•Process report on the Hydrogen fuel as an alternate renewable energy resource

( For production of Hydrogen fuel I used the Fuel cell technology and in fuel cell technology I selected the Alkaline Fuel Cell method which bases on KOH and it is easily available in Pakistan and also I studied different methods for direct production of Hydrogen fuel which are Thermal process , Electrolyte process , photolytic process , Direct Chemical process )

•Plant design report on the Production of Biodiesel

( I studied different methods for the production of biodiesel which are Alkaline method and Acidic method and Enzymatic method and selected Acidic method because of its simplicity and I did experiments for production of biodiesel and produced biodiesel from Soya bean oil , Mustard oil , Olive oil .Then I calculated the Material Balance and Energy Balance for biodiesel production plant .Then I designed the plant for production of biodiesel in which I designed Reactor (CSTR) , Double Pipe Heat Exchanger , Horizontal Decanter and Distillation Column. I also kept a deep insight on the economy and estimated initial investment for the Project. I also studied about the safety of plant and used control loop for Reactor safety and also checked the environmental hazards and did the HAZOP Study )

Experience and Training:

•4 week internship in OGDCL Qadirpur field.

( In my 4 week internship I worked at Dehydration and Sweetening of gas which we got from slug catcher. Here I worked at Gravity separator, Feed gas Chiller and Memguard Absorbers which completely removed water from the natural gas then for removal of CO2 and H2S I worked at Membrane Skids. And I also worked at condensate separation. For this purpose I worked at condensate /water separator, Flash separator mainly )

•Currently working as Trainee Management(Chemical) at Ethanol Distillation Plant

(During my training i am working at distillation column , plate and frame heat exchanger, Shell and tube heat exchanger, Fermentors, Dilution tank, mixer etc. I am also have a deep insight at troubleshooting which occurred at plant site and main troubleshooting is mud chocking in heat exchanger because of which heat transfer area decreases and overhead product is not obtained mainly)
