· As a Field Supervisor, I am responsible for onsite management, inspection and oversight of contractors engaged in construction of parking lots and exterior structures for the City of Chicago Public Schools. Typical construction activities include: installation of perimeter fencing, site prep work for placing of concrete, installation of artificial turf, paving of asphalt parking lots, installation of playground equipment and landscaping. Additionally, I am responsible for inspecting work sites for potential repair or renovation and providing recommendations to the City for work to be done.
