Managed the construction and completion of new home development. Responsibilities included planning and maintaining production schedule, quality assurance, expense control and city inspections for Certificate of Occupancy.

Effectively condensed build schedule for multi-family condominium project from 160 days to 145 days by reassessing time allowances for subcontractors and reorganizing trade progression.

Supervised team of field crew that built and closed 130 homes, delivered on or before scheduled finish date, which generated approximately $60 million of revenue in 2007.

In charge of 40-50 subcontractors while managing multiple phases of construction. Each phase size varied from 6 to 15 individual homes.

Performed customer service duties which included producing solutions plans and scheduling subcontractors to fulfill contractual requirements for home repairs.
