Projects Handled
o Villages at Delaware Run – Town homes over garages and stacked flats, Trenton, NJ; CD completed; construction start 4/09. Fast track project with time frame of 3 months for full construction document turnover. Biggest challenge – site constraints. Redesigned plans to increase efficiency. Tasks completed ahead of schedule.
o Four Seasons at Manalapan, Single family detached – Manalapan, NJ; CD completed; currently building. Task – design four new single family homes in four months. Lead design and construction document team. Task completed ahead of schedule.
o Shrewsbury Meadows – Luxury town homes; CD completed; construction start 9/09. Biggest design challenge; site constraints i.e. setbacks. Needed to present to the town project vision for variance. Re-designed homes and site plan to meet those needs. Town granted variance.
o Dunes at Shoal Harbor – Multifamily eight unit building, Middletown, NJ – currently being built. Original building burned down, managed code updates and construction administration. Biggest challenge, construction documents needed updated code, more coordination in field was critical.
Projects Supported
o Four Seasons at Princeton – Multi-family – three-story over parking garage 35 homes per building, SD-CD ( not realized due to market). Biggest challenge – achieve high efficiency with parking along with maintain high yield of homes. Result – maximized home count, 2:1 parking, added green space to meet municipal needs.
o 77 Hudson Street – High Rise – 44 story mixed use with parking garage. Biggest challenge, coordination between all of the trades. Held bi-weekly meetings and project is on schedule. Jersey City, NJ
Design Development coordinator – 2002-2005
o Responsibilities include supervision and participation in development of documents from schematic design through design development; Preparation of presentation and material boards for municipal submission; site visits to determine best designs to be used; developed land use and density study models; coordinate consultant drawings

o Four Seasons at Hamptonburgh –Detached Single Family and Town Homes - Traditional Neighborhood Design, Hamptonburgh, NY – SD-DD, Begin Construction Fall 2009 – Biggest challenge, working with land acquisition analysts to make proforma work. Designed and developed site plan with multiple home types and clubhouse. Saved company $5 million on proforma.
o Maple Ave Flats – 4000 sqft apartment flats on Navesink River, Red Bank, NJ SD-DD (not realized due to economy. Biggest challenge – designing most efficient home type for site to yield highest return on investment. Result – High end luxury flats with 2:1 parking, increased return on investment by $2 Million
o Luxury Town Homes in Red Bank, NJ – 3,500 sqft rear loaded, SD-DD - Biggest Challenge – Site constraints and municipal approval. Created and presented presentation to municipal and was granted variances. (not realized due to economy)

Designed an efficient plan so that the mechanical and structural would work in harmony with out compromising the floor plan.
