Currently I am working in AIDENT GRC as a Project Coordinator. AIDENT Social Welfare Organization is a national level non-governmental organization with a mission to facilitate sustainable development through participatory community driven activities. Through GRC (gender Resource Center) we are working with 9 departments (Women and Child welfare, Health, Rural development, Food, Labour, social welfare, SC/ST/OBC welfare, Education and Information technology.

Association with AIDENT GRC as Project Coordinator since 1st July 2011.

As project Coordinator my responsibility:-

• Make work plan of project, coordinates and supervise the quality of work of other in team.

• Looking office administration work and petty cash.

• Organize health camp and nutrition camp as per need of community and project and networking as per the theme of health camp.

• Responsibility for day to day management of GRC-SSK.

• Identifies vulnerable population with active community outreach.

• Inform and provides feedback to DRC/MNGO/PMU-SSS about bottlenecks and new initiatives.

• Submits reports, update status reports and other required documents in timely manner as per the requirement of the PMU-SSS, MNGO’ (Monitoring Non-Government Organization) &, DRC (District Resource Center, DC (District Center) office.

• Is responsible for supervising and maintenance of all records including minutes of meeting, register, etc. Project Coordinator July2011 to till date

Shakti Shalini Organization working for welfare of the women and young adolescent girl who are working as domestic worker and rag-picker, to ensure their right. .

My role as a Project Coordinator planning, documentation, official mail, liaison with local NGO, Organizing awareness meeting/session and campaign for the women on their basis rights and health.

CASP-Plan Delhi (Child-Labour project) is a project for the welfare of children and young adults who are working at roadside dhabas, mechanic shops, and rag pickers, to ensure their right of basic health and education and to increase opportunity for alternative safe vocations.

As a coordinator, my responsibilities include:-

Conducted session with children on child rights and child-protection

Coordinate to project team, liaison with local NGOs, organizing awareness campaign for working children, organize activities, event, workshop of the project,

Formation of group (children and child-labour).

• Scriptwriter and reporter for “Addicted Innocent” and “Impact of Cable T.V.”, two documentary films on the themes drug addiction among children and adolescents and negative impact of cable T.V. on youth in underprivileged communities.

• Working with the organization “Breakthrough” in their awareness building program on HIV-AIDS with youths from various institutions.

My Achievement

• Youth presenter at the 4th ASIA and the PACIFIC regional conference on universal birth registration at Bankok.

• I was participated at Asia pacific NGO Forum on Beijing +15 on women empowerment at Philippines (Manila).
