CRS is a small manufacturing company that has been manufacturing tire retreading machinery for over 25 years. In 1999 CRS was awarded small business exporter of the year from the State of Ohio. As Vice President of Sales & Marketing , I have overall responsible for coordinating the development and design of new products, working with a team of engineers, and for introducing the new products to market. My responsibilities also are to travel to the customer sites to assist in the installation and training on the new equipment.

Some of my duties involved troubleshooting and set up of CRS manufacturing equipment.
