CAREER HISTORY
Chief Technical Officer, Sun
Holdings/MarwinGroup, 2008 to present. Hired by
$167M restaurant company to provide technical
vision and streamline business workflow
processes for over 5700 employees in more than
250 Cici's Pizza, Burger King, Denny's, Golden
Corral and Popeye's locations. Developed long-
term strategies to improve technical ROI.
Vice President, IT / Director of Client
Relations, Managewatch, 2002 to 2008. Joined
two partners in launching IT consultancy to
provide senior-level technical leadership and
expertise. Directed tech assessments and
developed solutions, proposals and timelines.
Grew company revenues from $120K to over $6M
per year.
Director of Network Operations, Trammel Crow,
Inc., 2001 to 2002. Recruited to provide
technical expertise and guidance for this major
apartment management company, with units
throughout the US. Redesigned and implemented
network serving over 5500 users nationwide.
Developed server farm with multiple application
implementations.
Director of Information Systems, SEI MetalTEK,
1999 to 2001. Hired as technical leader by $12M
metal design and fabrication company.
Redesigned 400-user network, allowing for
remote access and centralized management.
Director of IT, Aegis Communications, 1998 to
1999. Provided call center service to Visa and
American Express for this $257M company.
Designed redundant network architecture,
linking call centers throughout US and India.
