Mr. Mischio is a Superintendent with more than 22 years of experience, in construction and management of highway construction, commercial and private land development .Mr. Mischio is personable and works well with contractors, subcontractors, owners, and their representatives and focuses on achieving the goals of an on time and profitable project. Mr. Mischio spent six years in the United States Army (Engineers) ,working in fast pace environments and foreign countries. Projects include state, county, and residential roads and highways. Site development in commercial and private construction, air ports, parking lots, and garages, warehouses, retail stores, schools, large excavations, land clearing, lake excavations, athletic fields, apartment complexes, residential communities, F.E.M.A. road restorations, county and city parks.

Budget: $1.2 Billion
Assist the roadway superintendent in the construction of a 10 lane highway and 3 reversible toll express lanes, installation of 68 bridges, a 6 lane frontage road S.R. 84, ramps to Florida Turnpike, and S.R.441 . Area’s of responsibility include the construction of M.S.E. walls sound walls, barrier walls, curbs, side walks, greenways, bridge approaches, electrical install for signs, high mast lighting, and ITS lines, striping and signage, guard rail, grading and earth work, utilities install, M.O.T., asphalt, sheet pile installs, revetment install, canal dredging, bulkhead walls, landscaping, basket walls, jack and bores ,directional bores, erosion control. Monitoring of subcontractor quality of work and safety on a daily basis. Attend project scheduling and production meetings.
