Assisted audit team specialists in preparing and processing various documentation (budgets, financial statements, engagement letters, etc.) via CCH ProSystems fx EPACE (paperless work paper management system) and GoFileRoom (web-based document program).

LexisNexis (Risk & Information Analytics Group) - Executive Assistant to Chief Marketing Officer (9/2007-5/2008): Boca Raton, FL. A leading global provider of content-enabled workflow solutions to professionals in law firms, corporations, government, law enforcement, tax, accounting, academic institutions and risk & compliance assessment. Reason for leaving: Resigned to help aging mother recuperate from minor stroke, and helped work in family business.

Reason for leaving: A merger with Emerson Electric Co. with Emerson being the surviving company closed down the Boca Raton corporate office and relocated out of state.

• Liaise with Board of Director members: coordinate meetings (including Annual Shareholders Meeting); prepare presentations, meeting material & distribution packages; prepare quarterly reports & updates; maintain corporate minute books

• Work together with investment bankers; Wall Street & financial institutions; as well as general managers; extensive interaction with CEO's, BOD & other senior executives, shareholders, investors & public relations

• Support Investor Relations with preparation of annual reports, press releases, quarterly reports, SEC & NYSE filings and presentations for purposes of road shows for analyst & investor conferences; international communications & correspondence

• Scheduling & coordinating heavy domestic & international travel; manage & oversee receptionist position.

ADT Limited/ADT Security Systems - Executive Assistant to CFO, President (1990-1997): Boca Raton, FL. During this time, the senior management team grew ADT into the largest vertically integrated provider of electronic security services in North America and the U.K.

In addition to above-mentioned responsibilities:

• Producing and obtaining SEC filings

• Arranging & coordinating travel schedules with corporate plane as well as commercial

• Prepare presentation for roadshows and investor conferences as well as security conferences

• Prior to promotion to Executive Assistant, worked as Assistant to Tax Attorney & Tax Manager. Duties included: Assisting attorney’s involvement in M&A, real estate matters, capitalizations & consolidations; Filing annual reports and assisting tax consultants & audit specialists in processing returns, updated working schedules, making tax payments and monthly billing to subsidiary companies for tax preparations done through this department

Reason for leaving: ADT Ltd. merged with TYCO Int'l Ltd. in a $5.4b transaction. I received a severance package and left as part of the management team.
