Led successful dual-branded configuration and deployment of CrunchTime! Enterprise Manager

Served as data and system configuration lead, as well as key deployment lead (dual-branded)

System implementation resulted in significant cost reductions to onboard beverage operations (average $1.6 million annually) and overall operating efficiencies in inventory management and shipboard operations

Physically deployed software to 24 vessels throughout 2 fleets of cruise lines, including complete data synchronization of inventory and consumption figures, averaging $1-$2 million

Assisted with development and testing of key interfaces to/from company financial applications

Served as key internal liaison with vendor and among all RCCL departments

Key member of BPR team (Business Process Re-engineering) which examined the operation and developed a set of Operations Business Rules and prepared each vessel for software deployment

Responsible for all supply chain functions for Explorer of the Seas and Voyager of the Seas, the two largest cruise ships in the world (at the time), including demand planning and replenishment of all non-technical shipboard inventoried items, such as food and beverage products, hotel supplies, chemicals, and uniforms

Managed a division of 10 employees in a 24/7 operation and an average inventory in excess of $1 million

Increased inventory turns and reduced overall inventory while maintaining desired service level

Responsible for all demand planning functions related to the Club, Mass Merchandise/Drug/Dairy, and Foodservice/Vending channels of trade; also responsible for select Retail accounts
