This project has a budget of 69 million dollars and an IDP of 7 years. Of the 2506 units 386 are registered historical homes.

Responsible for all functions related to the creation of Master planned residential communities including land purchase and preparation, home design, permitting, sales, construction and warrantee.

Providing overall site management and financial reporting contracts and procurement with sub contractors and supply vendors for the construction of Hess Express gas stations and restaurants.

Managed the Extrusion and Baking departments, taking 10 million pounds of raw carbon per month from delivery to final product.
