Position: Semiconductor Member of Technical Staff / Equipment and Process Designer.

Regular meetings with higher C-levels of (CEO) management discussing new technology, yield improvement and process improvement. A project of mine was to convert the entire production to a new material handling system ($5 M acquisition), with great success. I was later awarded for major yield improvement. Process engineer on CVD, LPCVD, Plasma, inspection and wafer material tracking. Design a new wafer material tracking system for new fab, $50M acquisition, total cost new fab 650M. Design and built a new wafer macro inspection system. Introduced new wafer ID reader technology for wafer tracking for LUCENT worldwide and AT&T.
