I noticed your advertisement and wanted to submit my resume for any applicable position. I am a Bachelor's candidate from Johnson and Wales University where I studied baking and pastry arts. Since then I have held a variety of positions since then including pastry cook, pastry assistant, and pastry chef. I have been responsible for creating and producing seasonal dessert menus, ordering all product for the kitchen, forming a good working relationship with my purveyors,supervising the staff, working the line in case they called out, scheduling to meet restaurant needs, and hiring and firing kitchen staff.
